I hate Lotus Notes

Could someone please tell me why Lotus notes takes 99% of my CPU usage? All the time? It’s not depending on any action from my side, such as sending an email. If I start Lotus notes, woooosh, then all (well, only 99%) of the CPU usage is f****d up. Why, why, why?
